Refund Policy

Return, Refund and Replacement Terms

As part of our 30-day return policy, we offer three options:

1. Product Exchange:
- Eligible for size or color exchange of same model only.
- For a different model, it is advisable to return for a refund followed by a new order.

2. Reimbursement Procedure:
- Reimbursement by default in the form of a credit.
- For a refund on the initial payment method, please indicate this via the returns form. A 15% inspection, warehouse and handling fee will then be applied, except for exchanges or returns related to a manufacturing defect.
- Reimbursement will be based on the final amount paid, after any discounts. Promotional codes or vouchers are not reissued or refundable.

3. Replacement in the Event of Error or Defect:
- If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at contact@terre-et-truffes.com with your order number, description of the problem and a supporting photo or video.

Processing Refunds:
Refunds may take up to two weeks to process and require verification of authenticity.

Return Procedure:
To return an item, please complete the returns form and return it to us at the address indicated which we will communicate to you.

Cases of Delayed or Missing Reimbursements:
- Check your bank account first, then contact your bank. Bank processing may take 3-5 business days. If the refund is still not received, contact us at contact@terre-et-truffes.com .

Delivery Costs for Returns:
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The amount of the refund or credit will correspond to the amount paid, less any restocking costs.

Exchange Deadlines:
Depending on your location, it may take 2 to 7 weeks for the exchanged item to ship.

Recommendation :
For returns of items worth more than €50, it is strongly recommended to use a postal tracking service.
