Returns and Exchanges:
At Terre et Truffes, our priority is to provide precise and detailed descriptions to ensure you have full knowledge of the product before purchasing. We aim to avoid any surprises upon receipt and want our customers to make their choices with complete confidence.

Order cancellation :
We process orders quickly and efficiently. Most orders are processed within 12 hours of receipt. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@terre-et-truffes.com . It is crucial to contact us within this 12 hour window for a cancellation attempt prior to processing and shipping. Note that cancellation requests are not possible for orders that have already been processed.

Address Error:
The responsibility for providing an accurate address lies with the customer. Please contact us promptly if any changes are required, provided the order has not yet been processed. We are not responsible for address errors or the consequences of incorrect, inaccessible or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we will offer a refund (less shipping costs) or reshipment depending on your choice. Resending or refunding will only be possible when we have received the package back.

Return policy :
We accept returns for any reason, whether for dissatisfaction or change of mind. Our return period is 30 days from receipt of your product.
